Payments are fully automated, customers only need to withdraw from their wallet. It takes seconds to receive your payment after withdrawal. However, occasional inter-bank network delays cannot be exempted.

The details needed include; Network converted, Amount, Number transferred from and number transferred to, Date and time of transaction along with a screenshot of confirmation of transaction from your network provider. Or go to your transaction history from Nurenta App and screenshot the details of the failed transaction.
